Rooting with the Muse

In our first gathering in the window of the fullness of harvest season, we will collectively and individually explore our relationships with the Mother Goddess, the animation of all creation. We will explore the different layers of perception and of knowing stored within the intelligence of our bodies, and how our direct relationship with the muse heightens and refines these layers of perception.

In this call we will explore our relationship with our own ancestry of blood, breath and bone: our maternal grandmothers’ line. We will explore through direct ritual how this line is impacting us and our femininity, both in strength and in challenge. We will make a connection with an ancient grandmother on this line who is in vibrant health, and who will support and feed the medicine of our ongoing journey.

In this session we will guide you through a direct exploration with the intimacy of your physicality. We will softly guide you towards more deeply feeling the different layers of your tissue around your womb, belly and pelvic area, so that you can start listening to what your tissue is asking from you. We will enter into pelvic anatomy & physiology and teach you several ways of physically tending your pelvic health.

This session we will explore the herbal network of care around feminine health. This includes reproductive, pelvic, digestive and nervous system health. In this first session with the herbal network we will focus on the plants through the mouth: in infusions, decoctions, tinctures, essences and more. This will allow you to understand the alliances available to you when dealing with disbalances in your system, as well as those in other women’s.

In this session we deepen our connection with our herbal network of care in feminine health, and we focus in particular on what the herbs can bring us when connected to through the vulva, in particular through steaming.

In this intiatic session we enter into deep listening with the question: what is the Mother asking from you? How does she want to gush through you? What is the service that you are being asked to bring through her?

We will support one another in seeing and hearing each other’s calls to care, as a sisterhood.

In this session we gather to close our three month cycle together by sensing into the field which threads want to be woven in, before we complete our tapestry.
