About the journey

Spring cleanses are a foundational part of all traditional medicine systems, including the European one!
In this journey we will enter into a spring cleanse together to start the season fresh.

You will start by filling in a questionnaire to understand your personal constitution. After that, you will receive your personalised cleanse plan based on your constitution, including the ingredients you might need to prepare.

We are starting our community cleanse with the full moon of Gründonnerstag, the day we traditionally start ingesting the fresh spring greens that are growing all around us.

Harvesting local fresh spring greens will be a foundational part of this cleanse, so ensure you have the willingness to go out and get down :) You will learn all you need to be confident in this in case foraging is new to you.

There will also be self-massage involved in this cleanse to further support your lymphatic and digestive systems.

We will meet three times at the most important pivotal points of our 21 day journey together to be able to share in community, to ask questions, to exchange recipes, and to receive mutual support from one another.

Our Telegram support group will be open all the time, so support will never be far! That’s the beauty of a community cleanse :)

€100 for the full journey

as with all my health-related offerings, the price turns donation based should the price point of €100 avoid somebody from taking part. traditional medicine should be accessible to absolutely everybody. if this is your case, simply change the price in the sign-up link by clicking the button ‘change amount’.

The cleanse structure:

  • Our first week together we will start by slowly eliminating things like caffeine, alcohol, red meat and sugars.

    You’ll also start with daily bitter greens. If foraging is new to you, this is the week where you’ll learn about some of your local spring greens that you will befriend over these 21 days (and hopefully after :)).

  • This is the phase where a lot of the magic happens, as you allow your system to enter into regeneration more easily through giving it easy-to-digest foods. This is the phase where we’ll follow a very simple but nourishing diet.

  • In this phase we slowly and gently start adding in more diverse ingredients to our diet, and we incorporate the nine herb soup from traditional European medicine.

  • This phase you will eat full and diverse meals according to your constitution. The idea is that this phase normalises into your every day, so that deeply nourishing, regulating and supportive eating patterns become your new normal.

  • Some days of rest between April 9th and 12th.

  • The willingness to go out and harvest some fresh spring bitter greens (you will learn how easy it can be).

  • The intention to support and nourish your system - your physical, psychological/emotional and spiritual systems.

This cleanse is not suitable in the following situations:

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding

  • Active eating disorder

  • Type I diabetes

  • Serious liver or kidney disease
