  • Your order will be packed and shipped within three working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after reception of your order confirmation.
    You will receive another e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped including tracking details.
    Should something strange happen during shipping, please reach out to us at apothecary@ourwildwisdom.com and we’ll look into it!

  • You are welcome to request a return within 10 days after receiving your item. We will only accept returns of unopened bottles - that means the tamper seal on the bottle is unbroken. Personalised formulations cannot be returned.

    Should the items you ordered be damaged upon reception, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible!
