Ayurveda and TCM, just as TEM work with constitution. When we live and eat and thereby honour our base constitution, our self-healing mechanisms are consistently getting triggered. Food is medicine you ingest multiple times per day, so it is absolutely fundamental to a balanced way of life. I usually recommend to make a copy of this and have it hang around your kitchen. This overview is meant to serve as a base logic for you to then use your creativity and personal taste and ingredient preferences off of.
