My journey started at a young age and found validation from the outside world when I spontaneously met a shaman on the street in Mexico who told me that I was born to be a healer. After being initiated at age twenty by this Mayan shaman whose knowledge had been passed through family generations of pueblo curanderos, I embarked on a multiple year long journey of a deep death and spiritual rebirth. Once on my feet again and understanding the world around me anew, I allowed myself to be guided by the voice of spirit.

I learned the fundamentals of energy medicine and developed a deep fascination with the physical body. Journeying into the depths of the physical and energetic bodies through intimate communication with tissue, muscle, bone and meridians resulted in a deep yet subtle understanding of where and how blockages and tensions are stored.

I realised that the interconnection between the bodies (physical, energetic, astral and beyond) and mind is essential in tracing the core of certain tensions and their releases, which brought my fascination to the way in how belief systems and narratives about ourselves are constructed and deconstructed.

Through all of this, there seemed to me to always be a certain subtle perfection in all that happens to us. The soul and spirit of the world seemed to me to be in a consistent and perfectly elegant harmony, no matter what our experience. Opening communication with these layers of being provided me with an infinite well of support, insight and wisdom and is clear to me to be an absolutely crucial part of healing. Once the layers of interconnection through dialogue with spirit open up, we start realising that our 'self' is not just made up of our stories, our pains and our wishes, but is rather a constant symbiotic relationship with the entire cosmos.

My purpose is to reconnect you to the depths of your soul. I serve to be the midwife of your wisdom. I bow to life’s vital force flowing through you in absolute perfect harmony. I can’t wait to see you fly.
